As a student athlete going through a concussion was one of my most difficult challenges. When I went through my concussion I was uninformed and scared, having reassurance that I was going to improve by following certain steps would have made a huge difference.

The purpose of ConcussionRecipe is to inform student athletes how to properly recover from a concussion so they are able to get back to sport and school without difficulty.
